Does acupuncture hurt?
Usually not. The needles are very thin—about 8 times thinner than a syringe needle. In the end, the sense of well-being and relaxation makes it worthwhile.
How many sessions do I need?
Typically, 4 to 8 sessions provide stability; chronic cases may require more.
Does it work for anxiety and stress?
Yes — we help regulate the nervous system and calm the Shen.
Do I need to stop my medications?
No. Acupuncture is a complementary therapy and does not interfere with medications.
